Gratitude, for me, is more than a list or a seasonal focus—it’s become a way of life. Over time, I’ve learned that gratitude isn’t just about the big moments but the small ones, too. It’s about pausing to savor life’s daily joys and intentionally capturing them before they slip away.
This month, I’ve been reflecting on how I document gratitude. I’ve been testing a running note in my Notion app to capture joyful moments in real time—a kind of micro-journaling that ensures no blessing goes unnoticed. There’s something about jotting down, “Enjoying my cup of coffee in the quiet of the morning,” or, “Hearing my kids giggle uncontrollably,” that roots me in the present and cultivates thankfulness for the little things.
