I just talked about this last night in my Bible study, that success as we see in scripture is when you have fully surrendered your life, allowing God to use it for His purposes, not what is being “sold” on social media and the overall society in general. #KeepGoing ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yes! Success is submitting, surrendering, and abiding in Him. When we view success in the way that He does, it releases the pressure we have to prove and perform.
I think suffering and sacrifice is part and parcel of our journey with God. And unfortunately we also think prosperity means financial only which I don’t believe is true. Personally I believe success is walking out Gods will for your life, whatever that looks like. Great first episode!❤️
Yes! Our culture definitely defines success differently than the Lord. What I've been finding is that success, suffering, and obedience often goes hand in hand. Rather than determining our success by what we have, our success should be based on the person of Christ.
