I used to do tea 🍵 at night but my mom bladder couldn't take it. Lol. I have started playing guitar at night again with my kids and I love that. Also more reading at bedtime and spending as much time as I can outside
😂 The guitar is a soothing instrument to unwind with. I can see that with the tea. I try to drink it early enough so that I'm not running back and forth to the bathroom. lol
All I see in this article is that nighttime routine lol! At what point does this happen? When the littles are down, I'm so exhausted, all I want to do is sleep. But I'm seeing mums with littles incorporating night time routines and I would really love to have one as well.
Honestly, I don’t even think I had a good evening routine until after the twins were sleeping through the night, which was probably around 6ish months? But my kids go to bed between 7:30 and 8pm, so once they’re in bed, I will shower, eat, and commence the routine lol. Now, many times I will doze off while reading, but I must have something to look forward to after they go to bed and before they wake up in the morning. My morning and evening routines are basically my me time lol.
I'm coffee drinker in the morning and enjoy tea at night as well! Also I'm sending prayers and good vibes towards the potty training endeavors. It’s not for the faint of heart. 😂
Yes! Tea time is probably my most second favorite time of the day! lol He has been doing pretty well with the potty training! Probably from seeing his sister get trained a few weeks before along with watching his brother. I'm thankful... but also very much so ready for this to be over. 😅🤣

I need to try that. My coffee time in the morning is precious to me now, lol
